Baffle "Dear Fat, Burn In Hell" Womens Burnout Racerback Tank Review

How adorable is this Dear Fat, burn in hell tank!!! I’m obsessed with it. I didn’t really know if this would not be a stretchy tank, so I got a Large, sometimes I get a medium, but I got a large just in case and it fits perfectly. I think if you have bigger breasts it might be a little tighter, I have a small B cup side, so it fits fantastic on me. I guess I could of gotten a medium, but I didn’t know if it was super stretchy—it is sorta stretchy and snug to hit your parts just right. I’m 5”10, so it not super long, but it’s a good tank to go work out. I love longer tops—maybe should of gotten a xl, but this is totally great. I got the neon blue one and it’s perfect and perfect with a fishtail braid. I think the more you wear the tank it’ll probably get loose, but I have only worn it for a day, so I would have to come back and say if it does later on. I still think it’s adorable and cute and can’t wait to wear this for my work out!

Downward facing dog is no longer just for humans. Whether you’re an avid yoga practitioner or an amateur, self-proclaimed yogi, you may be compelled to try out a new trend in the world of exercising: Doga. Doga combines dogs and, well, yoga, to make for a relaxing health routine for humans and canines alike. Never done yoga with Spot before? No problem. There are multiple at-home workout DVD’s on the market that will teach you the ins and outs of doga, or, if you’re feeling reallydetermined, enrolling your pup and yourself in a doga class may be in order.
The doga concept was originated by Suzi Teitelman and her dog Coali. During her at-home yoga sessions, Teitelman noted that Coali seemed to be very intrigued at the practice, prompting Teitelman to work on poses with none other than her four-legged best friend, Coali. The idea escalated from there. Teitelman began conducting doga classes and soon enough, the practice became popular among the poshest of pooches.
Known as ‘dogi’s,’ doga practitioners work with their doggy parents on a variety of poses such as “upward-paw pose,” triangle pose, and balancing stick pose; they also provide pooches with a light stretch and massage. Doga may also include other exercises such as meditation and eye-gazing to enhance the human-canine bond, and because dogs are pack animals, they make the perfect yoga partner for strengthening harmony and unity with others.
Want to try out some doga poses with your own pooch? Try these out!

Work Out

Hi Dolls! Thought I'd do a working out post, I try to work out everyday, or every other day,
I really wanna be toned, not to look like a guy, just to be toned, and look amazing ya know. I work with this lady that is such in toned shape and I was like I wanna look like that, so I have been doing weight training sooo much, and my arms are getting toned and my whole body is too!!! I've lost weight and went down some pant sizes which I probably shouldn't be since I'm tall and I've been skinny, but oh well!!! I guess I can just always get new clothing right?!
Well This is what I do:
1: Weight Training
-I do curls, over the head raises, parallel etc.
2: Leg Squats
3 Zumba
-I go to zumba Twice weekly
4: Treadmil
-I have a tread mill in my home, so I usually just do the cardio there

This is how my back is getting toned!
