Getting Fit and Toned with EAS Toned and Lean Shake!

Everyone, I mean everyone needs some sort of protein in their diet. Protein has tons of factors of building and repairing lots of bodily functions such as: muscles, eyes, organs and even hair. Plus protein gives you so much energy and gives you power to pull, lift, push and anything that reqiures some kind of muscle movement  If you don't have any protein you won't be able to tug on something or push anything. Which is sad, but it does help. Most importantly you get tons of protein in all your dietary needs. Of course if your looking to get lean and toned; you got to add some extra protein and protein shakes like EAS Lean and Toned will help you get more muscle your trying to target. When your working out a lot and trying to make your body more lean, you need more protein then someone that is just not wanting to get toned in that way. So, of course if you add EAS (any type of their protein shakes) you will see tons of different factors in your building muscle tone.
Most importantly is, if your trying to get toned or build muscle you need to have a strict diet, so no sugars, or anything that is horrible that won't let you even get toned. So eating healthy, organic then your body will see lots of drastic changes.

Below this image, I am going to list a step by step in how I am trying to make my body toned.

How I'm getting Toned with EAS:
Step 1: I usually will drink a protein shake and use this yummy Strawberry Shake from EAS before I work out.
Step 2: Do legs and arms every other day. So arms is M, W, Fri, then legs are Tue, Thurs, Saturday, then sunday is a day off.
Step 3: The weights I use are size: 9, 10 & 15 pound weights. So when I do my arms, I do ten to twenty sets of for each arm movement I'm doing.
Step 4: For legs, I usually end up doing tons of different squats. I do lots of sumo squats and regular squats. I do around 50 squats with my 10 pound weights and rest for a minute then do it about 6 more times until I can't do anymore.

I'm no professional, this is just how I've been working out and have seen tons of improvement. :)
EAS has so many different types of drinks including: vanilla cream, chocolate cream, chocolate fudge, strawberry cream, cookies and cream and more; there is a delicious protein shake for everyone and I'm so glad they made protein shakes that tastes really good. Each of these are 17 grams of protein so it's a really good one for each work out.
