Iceland has always intrigued me and I had it on my list of places to go in 2019– I love the nature and beauty of the whole island and the culture is pretty awesome!
If you are a person that loves the outdoors, hiking, snorkeling/diving or anything really, Iceland is probably the best place to experience all of that. I didn't know it was one of the Scandinavian countries because it's not an EU country, but apparently, it is. This place is absolutely stunning and is perfect for all adventurers and nature people.
On my first trip in July 2019, I got toe to explore the whole island of Iceland. I started from Reykjavik, drove around the whole Ring Road, went and saw glaciers, an airplane crash, loads of waterfalls and of course snorkeling in The Silfra Fissure!
We explored the town of siglufjörður of North Iceland, we saw the town of VIK, and the whole country while driving.
It's crazy how small this place is and only 300,000 people living there its a very small town anywhere you go. You will see villages with maybe 10 buildings or just houses. It's a natural wonder to see Iceland first hand and I think anyone should go!
With friendly locals, amazing nature and adventure, you should definitely go to Iceland once in a lifetime opportunity.
