Hiking and Running Wild Rose Trail

The Wild Rose Trail is located in North Salt Lake right behind the capital building and along with all the pretty houses that are huge! This trail is popular, but when I went there wasn't a lot of people, but the trail is for hiking, running and mountain biking. I guess from September till winter time you will see fewer people and it is dog-friendly. Dogs are allowed all year round with no leash, but remember there are bikers so beware. I love how the trail is in the sun for some of the time but most of it is in a foresty area. So great for running around.
This hike isn't very hard, so any beginner can do this hike, its only 400 elevation gain and at the top its 5500 ft elevation. If you need more of a hike that's more than 1 mile then there are trails that go up to the top of the mountain in the first picture.

Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival

We decided to head over to Thanksgiving Point for the Tulip Festival, but we ended up just having fun around this wedding area. We got a couple tulip photos, but we found these other places in this area. Who doesn't love taking cute photos of you and you lovely boyfriend or hubby?! 

If you are visiting Salt Lake City, Utah, you should definitely check out Thanksgiving Point for some fun adventures, fun for the kids and anything you are looking for. 

There is so much going on there.

The Little America Staycation

My boyfriend and I had to get out of the house and wanted to stay in the state, so we went to Little America. If you haven't been to this hotel, you should! We got the weekend getaway which is Saturday and Sunday. You get $60 to spend on food or whatever you want from there and you get a gift in the room for your stay. This place is so pretty. Plus Sunday brunch is perfect.

If you end up going, I would suggest getting the Tower! That what we got when we went to this awesome hotel. They have a pool, exercise room, two gift shops and more. The inside of the hotel is so cozy and it has I think 14 floors. Our tower had a huge view of the city. You will love this place if you ever stop by in Salt Lake City! Check it out!

Kim Kardashian's Dress: Lipsy

It was super humid when we did these at the Salt Lake City Capitol Last Friday! I probably looked really strange at the capitol in this, since most people up there are really conservative and dress really modest and I just pop up with these huge pumps and a sexy bodycon dress and everyone is like, "What the heck is she wearing...". I guess people love judging all the time at what your wearing when I'm just taking photo's, nothing else. That's why I look so weird looking and it was hot as well. I hate when there's a storm in Utah, because it becomes super humid for a couple days while it being 100 degree's. Not so fun at all. I bought this dress maybe 2 weeks ago and I'm so loving it. It was out of stock but I kept checking back and finally found it and had it in my size. It's so much fun to wear and reminds me of Hawaii. Do you ever feel like dressing up with a floral dress and pretend your in Hawaii too? Heck yes! Haha just kidding. The floral print just looks so much like Hawaii in a way and I love it. Remember when I posted on my instagram about this watch. It's so pretty and elegant that it will work with any outfit you wear. I love those big watches and they are in style for sure.

Soon, I will have a picture hair tutorial for everyone to see how I do my hair! Everyone always asks and I'm really awkward on video, I do have a video, but it's really awkward. I will have to reshoot and make it short. It's pretty simple, but my hair just takes forever to do. So a video would be like yawn...So I will do a picture one instead! Woohoo! :)

So I totally bought this coat at ILY Couture, it's such a cute site!!! And great quality!!!
