Okay I'm not a Yoga Master, but I am an ice skater. This poncho is so perfect for ice skating when I practice, because the fabric on this is just amazing, it can keep you warm when your spinning around, instead of wearing one of my ice skating coats that are heavy and hard to do much in them. So glad I've got to review such a great poncho for you guys. So, Pure Yogi is helping me look stylish while I work out, ice skate, or even dress up or down an outfit if I wanted to do so. This Poncho by Pure Yogi are the most comfortable and yet the best fabric I've every had. This poncho is a great thing to do some running in, or whatever activity you wish to do. The poncho allow comfort for all the positions you need to do to increase your strength and flexibility on your yoga attempts or journeys you must be doing. Even if I don't look good doing yoga, at least I can say that I'm dressed well and comfortable.
