Well In Utah you don't have beaches, I know the salt lake is sort of like one, but it was all rocky so it didn't look like a beach, and I hate the smell of it as well... So we decided to go to this location I've done on the blog several times in the fall time. It kind of looks like sand! :) Anyways, how adorable is this towel or sarong? My Tips On How To Get Beach Ready:
1) Lots of squats...Yes, I've been doing tons of squats for the last couple of months starting from 50 squats to 250 every other day or each day too.
2) Eating lots of salads, fruits, and veggies and protein.
3) Doing arm work outs and ab routine. I usually do this every other day, I do all different types of arm work outs, I use a 25 pound weight, I'm trying to tone my whole body up, and don't forget your planks and abs routine.
4)LOTS OF WATER! I never drink soda and I always drink water and juice but I love water, so don't forget to drink it!
5) Elliptical, I hate running so the elliptical makes a great running work out, I have bad knee's from ice skating so the elliptical is the best and it works the same as running on the street.
